How do I retrieve my forgotten email and password

does anybody know how to retrieve a forgotten email and password for a modded account for Xbox one I'll do anything to get this back

I forgot my email and password because I made the account in 2019 and I want to find a way to retrieve it.The name is TandooriTrout77, please answer.

Support cant tell you what your email is though.

Cheers for the help fellas, problem resolved. As for turning the auto-renew off, I know how to do it. However, I have been unable to retrieve the email account that it is linked to, despite repeat attempts. The new recovery process seems foolish, as anyone
