Hi Kris. I get the error during the downloading of my gaming profile while in the game on Xbox One. Here is a sequence that might help explain:

I start the xbox, my profile pops up temporarily - I take it as acknowledgment that it's actively signed in as I can see my profile/name/ms acct email on the home screen, I select the game, the opening graphic of the game plays and brings me to the start menu, after hitting start a screen pops up explaining game play requires a sign in, an interface pops up where I see my profile with an option to download one as well, I select my profile, it either says signing in and buffers for a minute then I get the 8015190e error or it says I must have a gamer profile signed in with an option to retry or continue without saving. No matter what I do I essentially can not sign in....eventhough I'm confirmed to be signed in on the home screen.

I've deleted and added back my profile, signed out and back in, added a pin and everything else I can possibly find instructions for.

Also during my 1st of 2 tech calls, I was told to disconnect my ethernet and go wireless which did work temporarily but now even that doesn't help get beyond this. I much rather be wired than wireless btw. But anywho...that's where I am.

When are you getting this error and on what device?

The game was purchased in the XBox Store from XBox online. This bundle included the game and many different downloadable car packs. In game, they appeared in my message center. When I try to accept the cars, it says my settings won't allow them to be downloaded.

I found a video last night detailing how to reset the XBox to factory settings, but I haven't tried it yet, but I'm hopeful that this will work.

I feel like I wasted money on this purchase, as I'm being denied what I paid for.

It seems to be a DirectX error. Generally, the DirectX components of Windows don’t usually have problems, and it’s usually caused by the graphics card driver. You can try to refer to this article from Intel to completely uninstall your graphics card driver and reinstall it (you can use Advanced Search to try several driver versions). At the same time, I suggest you contact EA for further assistance.
