How do i request my pending credits?

Hi, i have over 15,000 pending credits and want to request them early. It says in the statement this can be done from the date they are shown pending but does not say how to do this.. could someone please help me out?

Ive seen something i want on offer for £10 from £40 that ends today. Ive been waiting for my credits as it made more sense then spending actual money when ive got the points waiting to clear but they been pending for a while now and obviously still not cdeposited..

How to request rewards early?

"Tired of waiting? If you've got at least 1,000 Credits pending, you can make an early deposit request for the date shown below."

How do you do this? I have over 30,000 rewards pending. There is no button, link, nothing, to make the request. Please help.

Request early deposit problem.

How many credits do you have pending? The request deposit button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. If you have 5,000+
pending, they have already been scheduled for a deposit so there is no longer a need to request one.

It is not possible to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled. Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000
pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month.

so I have 1 day left until my credits are suppost to be pending you guys said if it's the first half of the month it be deposited on the 30th if it's the second half of the month it will be deposited on the 15th next month and it said if I have at least
1,000 credits pending I can request the nearest date so does that mean I can request a deposit on the 15th since I have 5,000 credits pending even though I'm in the first half of the month if so how can I request a deposit on the 15th of this month.
