page. Do also check to see if you are eligible for a refund (information is on the page linked)

If that does not work, you may need to speak to Xbox Support

You can request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

If it's not showing from there when you sign in you can simply follow the steps below:

Click on "Why don't I see my purchase in the list?" > I don't see a purchase in my order history > Choose the issue.

Once you have submitted the refund request successfully it may take 24-72 hours to receive an update from the refund team.

If you requested your refund in a way other than through the refund form, you can try to do so.
