How do I request a refund if my account have been hacked?

So i would suggest the ambassadors solution above however for requesting a refund I would fill out the refund forms which can be found at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/xbox-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund

You can request a free call-back by signing on at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and selecting Billing. When
prompted to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. After answering a few more questions, you should get the option to request a callback.
