Phone support

Monday to Friday: 9:00am-8:00pm
Saturday to Sunday: 10:00am-5:00pm

Web chat

Monday to Sunday: 24 hours a day

Requesting a call isnt an option. How do i call fo support?

in order to contact Xbox Support you can use the Phone or Microsoft Support Chat options at

Keep in mind that the issue selected determines what options are shown, regarding the request call back option, that is only an option in certain countries. Depending on what is an option it will either show the request call back option or a phone number
on this link:
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us?isChatCallAvailable=false Be sure that the country in the bottom left corner matches your location.
