To report problems through your Xbox console, download the free Xbox Report a Problem app.

To do so:
1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Store.
2. Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box and download it.
To report a problem:
Press and hold the Xbox button, and then select Report a problem to launch the Report a Problem app. After that follow the instructions to report it.

you have no idea what is happening, it aint an app on console and it cannot be reported by normal means, it is an exploit using gamebar via pc.

this is what happens when a company chooses to use automated banning via AI with zero human intervention.

I have seen the news and the vids about it, also have seen the tool in action too but not sharing where that is, it is just plain ridiculous that microsoft can be exploited so easily and they need to get this under control quickly and reverse all bans from this service exploit.
