How do I report fraud involving the Microsoft Store?

I was buying Minecraft Dungeons for my son.

lists the price of Minecraft Dungeons Hero Edition - Windows 10 as $29.99

I selected that version and clicked on Buy, it took me to

Suddenly the price jumped to $38.99. Presumably the first price is in USD and fails to use the currency that my Windows is set to display (CAD).

This is low balling and it is a violation of Canadian law, specifically the Competition Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-34) Part VII.1, Deceptive Marketing Practices section 74.01 (1) (a): "A person engages in reviewable conduct who, for the purpose of promoting, directly
or indirectly, the supply or use of a product or for the purpose of promoting, directly or indirectly, any business interest, by any means whatever," "makes a representation to the public that is false or misleading in a material respect"

I request that you immediately, contact the owners of Minecraft.net about fixing the currency displayed on their website, halting this fraudulent and illegal practice.

I also request that I be refunded the difference in price, amounting to $9.00 CAD.

I will also be contacting Minecraft.net about this.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

It's showing that way because the first link is the US version of the site. Hence the en-us portion of the web address. The Candian version of the site doesn't have a price listed. https://www.minecraft.net/fr-ca/store/minecraft-dungeons-windows
So it's not fraud.

normally when you are in a different region and you click buy or even want to view the price the page with come up with the following

I tried using the canadian store and it also appears, this could be a browser setting that is not letting the store know your region.

the initial address you went to was the US store which will only show US Dollars, same and the GB Store (my UK store) shows only pounds sterling.

Cant blame microsoft for your browser not directing you accordingly.

You would need to request a refund or contact support as nobody on this forum can help as we are just gamers.

If you know they're still scamming people by getting nothing what they buy you might want to report the game to Microsoft for fraud "if possible" by going to the Roblox game page at the Microsoft Store. The report button is somewhere at the bottom where
the photosensitive seizure warning is always at.

I have never reported any game before, so I don't know the choices that you get to report them. Good luck on this.
