How do I report fraud and get my money back

Somebody has used my Xbox account and passed my details around. So today my bank had to stop 10 accounts of purchasing games pass or gift before they realise they may be a problem. How do I go about getting my money back?

The steps there explain what to do in case of a situation where items have been purchased when an account was compromized

Where's all this claimed support for us Microsoft members? I'm having a similar issue. But I can't even access the account the charges are being made from. If anyone has a working contact number for these people, can you please post it? Thanks

call xbox and start a claim and like auburn said contact your bank and report the fraud on their end too, that way you can try and get your money back as fast as possible.

You may try to cancel it and see if you could get an automatic refund. If not, you can request manually through this form https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund
