I'm not sure it's the solution you seek bu the only thing you can do is to change the primary email address from the Microsoft Account (Xbox Live Account is attached to that).

What the person above said is flat out incorrect as far as I am aware.

Unless something has changed very recently youve never been able to have two different Microsoft accounts under the same primary email address. Its always been one unique email per account.
