    How do I report a player who uses ddos

    I was attacked by this guy remotely (ddos) as it was called by the guy above. I was in the wrong party and paid for it by losing my ability to do almost anything in my internet. I pay for services in which i cant use due to the skipping and crashing
    that occurs. How do i report him as over the phone didnt help. Its bad because the guy even told me where i lived and threatened me.
