How do I report a customer service representative?

This is for the people who made the Elite Controller to know that there is a problem. Why is it that in the Youtube video for the Elite Controller on the Xbox Channel Mr. Kumar was able to manually customize the left and right thumbsticks but when you get
the controller like I did I wasn't able to do that I could only set it to Default, or Slow, Or Fast, or Instent, but not manually do it like Mr. Kumar did in Xbox Youtube Channel of the Elite Controller. It is a problem because I talked to a customer service
representative about it on the phone and he couldn't even help me with it and he works for Xbox. There is not enough information of how to use the Elite Controller for even customer service representatives. The representative told me to post this on this forum
to let the makers understand that there is a problem with the information. Its ok I'm not using this against you but watch the Xbox Channel's both Youtube videos on the Elite Controller with Mr. Kumar in it with the customization and him doing it manually
and try to find anywhere on the elite controller where you can do it manually because you cvan't. Also there is a lack of information on how to set the trigger sensitivities and what the four options on the left and right thumbstick sensitivities mean. This
is serious if a customer service representative could not help me figure out because he himself had a lack of information then you guys need to understand that this is a problem. But please check it out seriously though

Is there any way to speak with an Xbox Customer Service representative?

The nightmare continues. I have now spoken to 3 customer service representatives and the call keeps getting dropped before my issue is resolved. I asked the most recent representative how I can continue talking to the person who was helping me resolve the
issue without re-explaining everything. The last person I spoke to said the only way to do that was if the customer service representative called me back. So far no one has. Once again how can a company that claims to be a technology company not have a system
in place to continue speaking with the person assisting me? A ticket number or phone number to call back without going through the whole phone tree again. These are simple solutions that are used by other much less "sophisticated" companies. Microsoft is a
joke.
