    How do I replace out of warranty faulty xbox elite controller


    Going online and clicking through the options I can order a replacement controller for ~£75. This process cannot be completed as an error always happen on the last step. The virtual assistant only advises to purchase a brand new controller and the xbox support deems a faulty controller solvable online only and doesn't offer a call back or online text chat with human.

    I need to call a Microsoft employee who can organise the replacement on their end. Can anyone provide me with the correct number or should I call up Microsoft and go through the call centre lines until I reach someone with the ability to help me?

    I did not activate the Microsoft warranty as it was out of warranty and I had to purchase the replacement controller that was sent to me. The controller is faulty and I want a refund of the replacement order and return the faulty controller sent to me

    Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam
