how do i remove the second email?

It has come to my attention that you are unable to log into your Microsoft account to play Minecraft.

I would like to try my best to offer you some advice.



First allow me to explain to you the role that these two mailboxes play in this Microsoft account.

“M*****r@gmail.com” is the username of the Microsoft account.

“vr*****@rambler.ru.” is the secure verification email of the Microsoft account.



If you have two-step verification turned on for your Microsoft account, then you need to get the security code for your security verification email address when you sign in.

If this mailbox was not added by you and is completely new to you, this means that your account may have been compromised.



Please understand that when it comes to account recovery/identity verification, the process is a bit rigid on purpose for security reasons and there's little anyone at support could do to help.

But I will provide the information and guidance you need to know.

Account recovery is much harder with two-step verification turned on, because two-step verification completely prevents you from using the recovery form to recover your account.



What you can do at the moment:

To avoid further losses in the aftermath, if there are payments still active on your account, please contact your bank or third-party payment immediately to request termination of the payment authorization associated with this account.



Contact Microsoft Online Support, explain your situation and ask them to close your account, as this may have a greater impact on you if your account is misused.

I believe you just had the free gamertag change, correct? If so, that is common to other players who used the free gamertag change. We have two gamertags on the account - the new gamertag system and the old gamertag system.

The old is mostly used in 360 games and other games that don't support the new gamertag system.

To fully change your account gamertag, you may have to get a paid gamertag change, that will let you choose to customize your old gamertag. You can try to check that on https://social.xbox.com/ChangeGamerTag

Actually, the change was a paid one, I’ve already used the free one in the past. Does this mean I would have to pay again for the full change?
