How do I remove the annoying “add more” menu?

So no delete of ads! Only “show less” ... I push show less... no change.

some of the ads do not even have a menu.. so no remove or show less?

I put a game on home screen but now even more spam show up! I do not know if it is videos of people playing ... some achievement stuff and some picture slideshow!

How do I just get the gamecovers on main screen ... no complicated menus... no spam and ads or extra.

Comming from pc this seem so much more complicated. .. Can i put windows on the Xbox instead?

You can add pins and groups and move items around by pressing the Options button (three lines) on them. Some will give you the option to remove, while ads and such will give you the option to "Show less like this".

You can add games, apps, etc. to your created groups and move them where you like. These pins would be called Groups once you create them. You can name the groups as well for organization purposes the way you would like.

That would be done the same way to add games to the Home screen by themselves as well if you do not want to create groups.

Currently, at this time there is no way to remove the "Add more" pin.

That seems very strange.

I seem to have a clutter of gamepass ads and score stuff there i do not need or want.

how do I get my games and app icons on the main screen?

I can find a small icon in the corner that says “my games and apps” the rest on my main screen is just clutter.

I tried personalization but only option is change background... if i enter password ... omg who design this? We are in 2020 and even my vcr back in the 80s did 12/24 hours clock selection

This new AD Dashboard was introduced to Insiders last September 2022 and had numerous updates and complaints over the testing phase. +-90% of Insiders gave NEGATIVE feedback. None of the feedback was listened to or acknowledged.

Good luck waiting for an update that returns the previous functionality of customising YOUR personal Home page and Dashboard.

There wasn't even a reason stated by Microsoft / Xbox why THEIR dashboard is better setup than how YOUR personal dashboard is setup.

How many games do Xbox expect you to buy in the course of 12 months?

How many games do they expect children will purchase (click on AD) with their parents credit card associated with their account?

How many gamers will seek a better "New Experience" by cancelling access to all this force-fed bloatware?

The decision to roll out this AD dashboard is unbelievable and will come back to bite whoever signed it off.
