How do I remove the advert for solitaire on a mobile which I don't have

Thank you for your email. I appreciate your help. I renewed the Solitaire subscription on August 1st, and it was for my PC. I have used it without any problem during th eprevious 12 months, and I have not changed my PC in any way, but now I keep getting adverts which is not disastrous, but irritating considering I have paid for it to be ad free. During these adverts it tells me to get the premium version, which I then go and do but it tells me that it "Looks like you already own this", implying I have paid for the games. I then click on Close, and then a screen pops up telling me "Purchase error". I haven't tried any troubleshooting steps because I don't know what to do. Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

Solitaire Premium is for Solitaire only. You will still get adverts for the other games, such as Treasure Hunt and Minesweeper.

I got two more bonus levels: On the first one, the advert came up as "Cannot Load" with a Play button. Hitting the Play button played the prior advert, and I was able to complete the level. The second level went off without a hitch.

The advert (MS Solitaire Collection) was the same for all three levels.

My opinion is remove the adverts or make it free, either one i don't care, but not both.

You might have just been lucky, as far as I know, it's always had adverts. If you look in the game, there is no option to purchase premium. Only Solitaire has that option.
