How do I remove someone from my followers list?

If you have already blocked someone on Xbox, but they are still showing up on your followers list, it may be due to a glitch or an issue with the Xbox servers. In this case, you can try the following steps:

Sign out of your Xbox account and sign back in.

Restart your Xbox console.

Clear your Xbox's cache by going to Settings > System > Console info & updates > Reset console.

Check if the person is still following you after doing these steps.

Sorry to say but as Georges says, no one can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies

You can try blocking the person right away, in that way you're going to delete it yes or yes from your account.

Yes! I understand that, but I still have to try. The gamertag "Assass1n1738" acts as some sort of relay for negativity on Xbox Live. I need help; not just for myself, but for my friends as well. I love Xbox; I'm not going anywhere. Xbox please help! Please fix blocking. Please! This is dangerous.
