Found a solution :- do not launch the game from xbox game pass pc app. Go to settings find halo app try repair and reset then launch it from recently added tab.

Is the issue on your console or PC? Try removing your account from your console then signing back in. On PC you can right click the Xbox beta app and select more, then app settings. Then you can reset and repair the app. When you sign into your MS account
