How do I remove content restrictions from cloud gaming? I cannot locate anywhere to change it and I am the only member in the family app and can't find any setting for it as the internet searches suggest. I have tried acessing the same games on both mobile and Samsung TV with same message "you do not have access to this title due to content restrictions"

    :)

How do I remove content restrictions from cloud gaming? I cannot locate anywhere to change it and I am the only member in the family app and can't find any setting for it.

Hello, my name is oskayra and it will be a pleasure to help you.

I tell you in advance so that there are no misunderstandings, this is a public forum for user-to-user support. We are users who help other users. We do not work for Microsoft and do not have access to any user accounts.

Please verify that your account has the date of birth set correctly through the following link:

    https://account.microsoft.com/profile

Also check that your account is not part of any family group as a member, if so then please leave said family group:

    https://account.microsoft.com/family/">https://account.microsoft.com/family/">https://account.microsoft.com/family/

Check if it already allows you to install the games once your account is established as an adult and is not in any family.

If the problem persists, then it means that for some reason the system is not correctly detecting that your account is an adult, so you will have to carry out a special procedure to be able to give permissions to your account.

Perform the following procedure in this case:

    1. You must create a new adult account, enter the following link and click on "Create a family group" if you do not have one created:

    https://account.microsoft.com/family/

It is important to emphasize that this adult account must be the Family Organizer once created.

    2. After clicking that button, a window will appear where you must write the email or phone number associated with your main account in order to add it to the family. In this step you must set the role of your main account with which you have the problem as "Member".

    3. Sign in to your main account email and accept the family invitation.

    4. From the newly created adult account (it is important that it is from this one) the family must re-enter the link:

    https://account.microsoft.com/family/

    5. Click on the profile of your main account within the family website and go to "Content filters" in the tab on the left and then to "Applications and games" at the top.

    6. On the right side where it says "Allow apps and games rated up to the age of" set "Any age."

Check if the problem with your main account is solved, it should now be able to let you download any game without problems.

How do I change my "Content Restrictions."

    Hello @SpotStar!

You will have to adjust the family settings to allow purchases of premium content under privacy settings. Please try logging into Microsoft Family Safety using your Xbox account. This page should show whether your account is part of a family or not. If it is, you should have an option to leave the family group. However, If you don't, please Contact us | Xbox Support.

    Xbox File Explorer

The xbox games are saved in the cloud of your account, so regardless of being a pc or another console, you can have access to the same save, since it is Play Anywhere, as the location of the content on the pc, I do not know where you can find .

    Child account security

What is the point of your remark? You link states: " This is known as “granting a permanent exception”. The restriction that was blocking the child account from accessing the restricted content is removed permanently. A permanent content exception cannot
be revoked." which is teh reason of my first post....

Cannot "purchase" free with Gold Grid 2!!

There is nothing Microsoft can do to change the policy in force. Microsoft isn't establishing the restrictions regarding content. The game publisher and the country in which you are located are responsible. The only thing MS is doing is verifying you are
entitled to the content and if you are, allowing you to download it.
