How do I remove an unauthorized user found on my XBOX (PC only) account?

If you have already selected "Block" for all options for this unauthorized user on your Xbox account, but they keep returning to "Allow" after you save your changes, you may need to take additional steps to fully remove them from your account. Here are some additional steps you can take:

Change your password: If someone else has gained access to your Xbox account, changing your password is the first thing you should do. This will ensure that the unauthorized user can no longer access your account, even if they have managed to bypass some of the other security settings.

Enable two-factor authentication: Two-factor authentication is an additional layer of security that requires a code to be entered in addition to your password. This makes it much more difficult for unauthorized users to access your account, even if they know your password. To enable two-factor authentication on your Xbox account, go to the Security tab in your account settings.

Please try to locate the unauthorized charges on a specific Microsoft account, by signing in to all of your Microsoft accounts on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Order history.

You may also check the Xbox account of a family member who might be using your Xbox console or Windows PC as it might be a possible that your payment card is associated with one of their accounts.

If you are able to find the unauthorized purchase, you can request for a refund using this link:

Then remove your payment card from the account by signing in account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Payment Option.

However, if you can't find the transaction and since you aren't aware of having another account that does have the charges without your consent, I would suggest you reach out to your financial institution as this will be considered a fraudulent charge. They should work on this right away so that the transaction amount can be refunded.
