How do i remove all payment methods?

You need to make sure all subscriptions do NOT have auto renew on. Then once the subscriptions have ended, you can remove the payment options.

This page can explain it.

You would need to login at HTTPS://account.microsoft.com go to subscriptions and turn off auto renew on any subscriptions. You can then remove any payment methods.

If it's because of a past due payment, you will have to settle that first.

This may have to do with an expired payment method on file. Can you confirm you have removed all payment methods and added only valid, current cards?

I would highly recommend preventing any unauthorized or recurring charges by removing all your payment methods in your Microsoft account, here's how:

Sign in to account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > payment option.

Also, to secure your account further please update your account password as well on account.microsoft.com > Your Info > manage how you sign in

If all of the payment methods are removed yet, the unauthorized charges keep on coming, which means your payment method is added to a different Microsoft account.

Please check and sign in to the Microsoft Xbox accounts of your family members or friend that might have your payment method and confirm it on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history.

If the purchase is confirmed to be there, you can proceed to remove the payment method under the Payment option setting.

No. Whatever remaining subscription time is left on the account will still be there. If there isnt any other payment options on thr account with auto renew the account will just renew to a silver membership once the remaining membership is gone
