How do I remove a follower from my Xbox Profile after I have blocked them?

The update they have provided is they are now investigating on the back end. The estimated time to resolve the issue is not yet certain and they assured that they are now working on it.

We have tried reaching our internal support team for this issue and allow us to ask additional question related to your concern.

1. Are those followers that cannot be remove your existing followers or they are your following since you have your Xbox 360 profile?

The reason why we are asking this it is because, we have an issue before that some users were unable to remove followers and it was found out that those followers started following when the user has Xbox 360 profile and cannot remove them when using Xbox One or the latest edition of Xbox console.

What I meant is that we cannot remove these followers from the list even when they are being blocked but they can no longer view your profile. I also blocked some followers but they are still showing as following.
