How do I relink a new Microsoft account to my ps5?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I understand that you want to unlink the forgotten Microsoft account from your Playstation 5. However, according to Minecraft's policy, once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account.

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation accounts can only be re-linked to the original account. It cannot be unlinked without loss of access to entitlements and Minecoins on other platforms.

What I would recommend is to create a new PSN account where you could link your new Minecraft account.

You can't do anything...once it's linked, it can't be changed:

"Linking a Microsoft account to a PSN account is on a title-by-title basis and permanent. Players have the ability to unlink the Microsoft account to that PSN account, for Forza Horizon 5, but will be constrained to relinking to only that specific and originally linked, Microsoft account."

I have no idea how to do this i really need help and i dont know the email and i cannot create a new Minecraft account without unlinking the old one.

Unfortunately even if you could unlink the Microsoft account, Sony will not let you link a different/new Microsoft account to your PSN. Sony will only let you relink the original Microsoft account that was first linked.
