    How do I regain access to an account that is locked and I don’t have the email for


    I recently tried to log into my other account on my Xbox series s and it said I needed to log in on the web. However I have forgotten my email for that account so I am unable to do so. I would like to change or relearn the email if possible.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble retrieving your Microsoft account because you don't remember quite well the email.

    As you don’t recall it, you may want to try recovering your account by submitting the account recovery form but using instead a previously linked phone number or previously created Skype username (is not the same as our gamertag)

    Furthermore, please refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, gamertags, etc.

    Its very unlikely you will regain access as the intruder has changed your login info. Be sure to check your security emails for the new login information. Just don't report anything until you regain access because MS will lock your account and you'll never get it back
