    How do I refund rainbow 6 seige hard copy. The game is unplayable and I want a refund


    So I have done everything to make thus game play uninstalled it. deleted storages cleared cache, restarted it, the console. I have fast wired internet. I'm sitting up to 30min to play a game on arcade standard not even ranked and this is a joke. I have reported to ubisoft no response I have reported to Microsoft and nothing. I'm now looking on how to refund this game as it totalk doh **** and waiting up to 3 hours and play 3 games over that span

    Well an arcade game would be small compared to a triple a title

    And 3hours is not unheard of with all the day one patches etc

    Disks dont contain the while.game you need to get most of the install files from the web
