    How do I refund my reward points on Xbox


    Really annoying thing happened when I had enough reward score to get a gift card but for some reason it’s in Dutch so I translated it and obviously bought it but not knowing that when buying you have to be in the same region and then I looked at the language on my Xbox settings and it’s all English so I’m not really sure what to do about it,

    Any help is suggested

    If the purchase is with your reward points, verify that they were not tickets to the gold raffle, since I do not think they give you a refund of points
