How do I refund a Preorder that is older then 2 weeks?

My problem:
So I preorder a cyberpunk 2077hantom Liberty back in June (on the 11 of June)
But now I don't want it anymore, unfortunately I can't cancel/refund it, also I was charged for it recently.

What I tried:

• I tried canceling it thorough my Microsoft account→ payment and billing, but there wasn't an option to
  
• I tried requesting a refund through Xbox but, I think it's too old for it
  
• I tried making a support ticket, but I couldn't find the page for it and I couldn't log into Microsoft service Hub.
  
• I tried contacting Microsoft through contact-us, but it redirected me to Xbox refund.
  

Anyone know what else should I do/try? Any Help is Welcome.
