How do I redispute charges?

My account is sitting way in negative balance because a dispute got denied. This charge wasn't me. The name all over the disputes show a different name and IP adress than me so why am I getting stopped, this is fraud. This person took 400 dollars from me that I did not have.

I just want to confirm, did you try to request a refund for the unauthorized purchases via the refund web form, and your refund got denied, is that right?

Also, do you mean that someone used your Microsoft account to purchase on the Microsoft store without your consent, is that correct?

You would contact Microsoft Store support. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...urchases-4f615f2a-6bbd-fd69-6695-ae213d63eef0 And if it is listed on your account you can cancel and refund the subscription at http://account.microsoft.com If it doesn't show on your account, you would need to work with your card company for unauthorized charges.

The headset was on paired and working fine , it was put on charge this morning left for 6 hrs and then would not turn on or do anything??
