How do I redeem my retail store vbucks

Hey Joseph, I'm Wildcat from the ambassadors, so you need to redeem the code on the Fortnite site not on the xbox store so as long as you've got your fortnite account all set up just go to the site and you should be able to redeem them there. The reason
you can't redeem through the store is that since FN is now cross-platform you could be playing on xbox one day and PS the next one. Also, there is the possibility that if they did it through the store that two cards could have the same code for different amounts.
What I mean is lets say you have the xbox and PS4 and bought this v-bucks card and redeemed it on the xbox store for the amount shown and on the PS4 you redeem it to see if the code works and it gives you more/less than the other, well now you've just gotten
free v-bucks and quite possibly rendered someone else's code null and void and since they are non-refundable that person literally threw their money away.
