Hello I need help redeeming a vbucks giftcard.

This is true hell!!!!!!!!!! Several people have purchased our son VBucks for Christmas. The Epic games site says there is already an account that is associated with my email. My email is the associated email address with my son's Microsoft account. Is there no way to unlink whatever account there attached to Epic? There is no reset your password or anything!

Start by going to epic games, clicking on the account icon and selecting “redeem code” and enter the code on the V Bucks Gift Card. You will have to sign into your Microsoft account from here when you select to redeem on Xbox.

This will then send you an email with the Gift Card translated into a Microsoft code.

Go on to your Xbox and navigate to “Redeem”. Enter the translated 25 digit code from your email.

Voila.
