    My friend bought me a product for Microsoft store, but when I try to redeem it, a message that says: "This code can't be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account." appears. I already tried checking with my friend and they did put the same region as mine. I tried changing my region to another one and then changing back to mine, but it still doesn't work. I tried instead of copy-pasting the code writing it, but it didn't word as well. I've been looking for ways to fix this since yesterday and its been almost 24 hours since the first time I tried. I would appreciate a lot if someone were to help me.

    What message do you received when trying to redeem the code the first time? Before the second time that showed that the code was already redeemed.
