According to your description, you reset your Xbox one console. Then you seem to have account problems.



Your Xbox account data and game library are saved in the cloud. In theory, you can just reset your Xbox console and log in to your account. Resetting the Xbox console will not clear any of your progress and games.

Resetting the Xbox console will only clear all logged in accounts on your console and clear login information.

I just recently recovered a old Xbox account i made in 2007 i did have gold on it for 2 months.

But it still says 0 i tried recovering it and resetting my Xbox but its not working
