How do I recover my locked outlook email account after the verification system has failed...

you cant recover it when the email has been changed as the email OP is familiar with "no longer exists".

i can help you to discover the new email and security email (in some cases).

Turn on the console you have the account associated with.

From the sign in screen (if it isn't auto) don't sign in as anyone.

if you've got it on auto sign in, the attempt will fail but don't worry.

Attempt to sign in to to your account from the drop down account select screen from the home button, after it fails you will now see the email address the intruder has replaced yours with.

Now, login on outlook using the email your account used to be associated with and you should see an email confirming "your new security info", if your lucky its an open mailbox.

DO NOT REPORT THIS INCEDENT TO XBOX CUSTOMER SUPPORT UNTIL AFTER YOU ATTEMPT THESE STEPS. THEY WILL LOCK YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU WILL NEVER GET BACK IN.

@LOWxONxHealth I was using my email perfectly fine 3 days ago when all of a sudden they blocked me out. This isn't an issue about passwords outlook blocked my email cause they suspected I was hacked, they don't provide a reason they just say that they think
you were hacked.

@THEOWENKILLER When you switch your recovery email on outlook it isn't set in stone, there is a waiting period before it is actually set in place. Unfortunately this happened before that waiting period was over. Outlooks only recovery method is through your
recovery email or phone number but like I said mine was obsolete so I couldn't do that. When that happens your next only option is to fill out this form with as much information as you can and hope their automated system thinks you actually own the account.
When you fail this test once you're completely locked out so the only way you can recover your account is through that form which I have failed 4 times now.

Yeah, i have tried that many times. Just won't do it.

also when I made a new account it wanted to send a verification email. So I clicked send and tried to open the email box. But it didn't go to outlook but it went to account settings. So I couldn't open the verification email. How can I solve this problem
