How do I recover my hacked Microsoft account that no agent can help me recover?

I lost access to my Microsoft account around November-October 2022, and ever since then I been trying to get it back and even got in contact with support, but they were no help at all. But from what I've gathered from them is that they can't help me if my account isn't connected to my XBOX gamer tag even if the account is mine. I told them the person who took my account changed the password, deleted my number off the account, and changed the EMAIL. They still kept trying to go on about my two other emails, I told them I made a new Microsoft account WITH the EMAIL that was on the account that was STOLEN/HACKED from me and I couldn't get a correct response back that ultimately made logical sense. I even was able to bypass the password recovery when I tried to recover it myself and got into a "security info" screen to where it showed me the changed email and I had hope but it still didn't work out, so I lost hope for awhile. Today I tried again and even got in contact with 2 Microsoft agents and 1 Mojang agents and I couldn't get the help I wanted. I tried asking if they can check an emails change history/logs and they ultimately kept dodging the question to try and suggest something else. All I want is access to my Microsoft account again so I can also gain access to my Mojang/Minecraft account. While I even have proof that my info was changed without my jurisdiction or permission and I ask them if I can provide proof would that help me. and they said no. I'm honestly stuck and don't know what to do. I know the email that's connected to MYY account right now but microsoft support won't even help me with that. Like how can you not check account info changing history??? That's the best way to help people recover their lost/stolen accounts if they got their information changed. Someone please help me with this situation, I'm completely lost and idk what to do.

My apologies, I was busy for a few days but I did try what you said yesterday about the account recovery, and I wasn’t able to get anywhere with it because the information I provided wasn’t enough to validate my ownership to the account and I had sent the limited amount. But i’m going to try again today.

I've asked some Microsoft agents, they're helping me recover my acc now. It was proven that my acc got hacked so I can recover my old one per usual.
