How do I recover my email adress?

Yes i do , but my little son was deleted this account on my console... i really need just to know the email adress to recover it with my secret question or my other adress or cell phone ... Pls help me about this issue.

so how can i recover the account? do i really need to somehow find the email for the account?

my brother had set up the email im sure of it i just really have no idea what email he coulda used...

Yeah, the thing is, i do not know the email adress nor the password, so these links at the top are useless for me but if i were to call a helper, would the original email be of use while recovering?
