How do I recover my account in this situation??

Hi I made this account 2 years ago but when I traveled I couldn't log in to it anymore it said that it needs to verify its me and it doesn't ask me other questions than whats the last password you remember and I write the right one and it doesn't do anything it says it couldn't verify it was me I tried the forum I tried watching videos nothing solved it please help

Hello again, if you filled out the recovery form but still have not recovered your account, in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However the ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.
