How Do I Recover Deleted/Missing Minecraft World (Xbox 360 Edition)

Bit of a long one as I feel context is needed so I do apologise but here we go.
I was on my XBOX 360 in the early hours of 28/2/21 playing Minecraft. I went to rename the Aquatic Update tutorial world as when I restarted my XBOX a couple of years, I updated the game as the last time I played as about the time of the TU19 update but a couple of days later it told me I had to update the game again however I did not have enough storage to do so. That didn’t bother me too much and I continued playing offline (as without the update playing with Xbox Live was not available) and went on my merry way playing on my old childhood world.
However come the early hours of 28/2/21 I thought enough was enough and decided that in the morning I would update the game. Before doing so I decided that it would be a good idea to save a version of the tutorial world for the Aquatic Update as once I’d updated the game I wasn’t sure weather there would be a new one or not. So I did just that, loaded one up and saved and exited. This is where it all went down hill.
As a person with OCD I wanted to change the name of the new tutorial save from ‘tutorial’ to ‘tutorial (aquatic)’ to show which update it was from. When I went pressed Y scrolled down to new rename, entered the new name and pressed done, for some reason it created a copy of the world (so I had a version called ‘tutorial’ and another with the new ‘tutorial (aquatic)) and what’s more devestating to me is that for some reason my main world that I’ve had for coming up to 7 years (it was the Title Update 19 tutorial world as I loved that it had Stampy’s house recreated on it) vanished from the worlds menu screen, presumably deleted.
As you can imagine I am crushed. At risk of sounding soppy this world meant a lot to me and during these times was always a guaranteed bit of joy for a few hours. I have searched on the web for a way to try and recover it all to no avail as no result came up for the 360 edition.
I have tried restarting my Xbox by holding down the power button for 10 seconds, unplugging it for five min and trying again. Uninstalling and reinstalling my profile didn’t work neither. Uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft itself didn’t yielded any results.
Please can anyone help? I would be incredibly grateful because is I’ve said this world meant so much to me and recently has been a source of happiness. I also feel like I have just let my little 12 year old self down due to this misfortunate turn of events.
