    How do I recover an hacked microsoft account


    recently when i tried to login to xbox with my microsoft account it said that the email does not exist but on microsoft store i was signed in to a strange account email i have never seen before, So the hacker changed the email also with the passwords. I have tried using the Account recovery form but every time i do it, i just get an email saying that this account has enabled 2 factor authentication and that this account recover request will be ignored. I dont know what to do and have certification on microsoft learn with this account and had previously bought the xbox gamepass and is scared the hacker might want to buy something with the payment method that is saved on the account.
