    How do I recover about 100 lost games?


    Randomly a little while ago about 100 games randomly just disappeared despite the having the same amount of storage used as if they were there. I've tried a keep games and apps reset and a power cycle yet they didn't work in fact they removed even more games from the library. Also some games just flat out won't install, like I hit install then after a few seconds it's "installation stopped" then do that over and over again. I was wondering if there was a solution as I miss my games. I do also have a Seagate 8tb external hard drive that has a lot of games on it and that also doesn't show any of the games it used to have on it, so I was curious if that could cause problems.

    Unfortunately, Microsoft cannot bypass 2FA (two-factor authentication) without recovery methods. It's a strict security policy to protect accounts, even support agents can't override this.

    Yeah, it's lost forever as far as I can tell. I have asked xbox personnel if they can recover my list game but no one has responded, so I would say that they can't even recover lost saves. I'm not wasting anymore time on Starfield, I want to try to find a way to get my $100 back.

    Last time i did a usb data transfer i lost alot of saved game progress including RDR and my 100 + hours of gameplay of FF13 so im never doing that again. I guess all i can do is recover my GT and redownload everything. You said im going to need the license
