In the same website you can add your phone number as well.

Once you do that, check if your friend's mom old phone number is enabled as a security method and delete it visiting the next link

Don't forget to add your own phone number and update other security information if you need to do it

My account was hacked yesterday also and now I am not able to recover any of it. They changed deleted my email and my phone number even after changing it multiple times. Anyway to retrieve this. My profile had lots of items on it.
