How do I record 16 minutes of blackout gameplay through threater mode?

From what limited knowledge I have of the theater mode, it doesn't record actual video footage. They record the movement of the camera and players just like a movie script would, and then every time you wish to watch that game play again, the game uses that
script to "re-enact" that exact situation. So this is only possible to view in the Theater Mode of the game.

If you want to use this as an actual video (like on a BluRay or YouTube Video), you would then have to capture that exact gameplay either via the Xbox DVR, or an external capturing solution like a real PC with actual capturing hardware. You can't do that
with the Xbox App on your iOS device.

Also be aware, that if you record 16 minutes of gameplay video like this in 1080p, the video file would be about 23 GB in size, which is much too much to be sent via email. Even at 720p it would still be over 13 GB in size.

Even OneDrive or DropBox would have issues hosting that file size, unless you are paying for their service. Instead, you would have to upload that video to YouTube or other video hosting sites to share this with friends instead of using email.

I think your best option is to use your Xbox Companion App and stream the gameplay to your PC and use software like OBS to record it.

if you recorded the clip by pressing the Xbox button then pressing X then you can upload it to One Drive by going to the Recent Captures on your Xbox, selecting the clip you want to upload then selecting See All Sharing Options

How i forgot, how i record gameplay with a xbox one as if its a camera? Not record that feature thing.

You could set up an external hard drive specifically or captures.

1. Plug a USB 3.0 (or faster) drive into your console.
2. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
3. Go to System > Settings > System >
   Storage.
4. Go to your external drive and select Set as capture location.
5. Your game clips and screenshots will be recorded to your external drive. To revert, set your internal drive as your capture location.
