    How do I receive a refund for a transaction that wasn't recognized


    I purchased the deluxe version of Minecraft and an error popped up saying that there was an issue on Microsofts end, I tried and tried multiple times and the same error showed, hence I couldn't get the game, later I received notifications saying that multiple fees had been deducted from my bank account. I go check my Microsoft store and the game still isn't bought and theres no record of any transactions.... I lost all the money from the different times I tried purchasing the game but didn't even get the product.... please what do I do

    1. Check your bank statement. If the charge is not from Microsoft, contact your bank for assistance with where the charge comes from.

    2. Check your order history on account.microsoft.com. Select "Payment and billing" -> "Order history". Compare your purchase to the charge in question. Check the order history for each Microsoft account connected to yours. It is possible you may have purchased with another account.

    Account suspended no reason given besides marketplace theft

    No one in the forums can answer that question. No one here, not even support have access to your account via the forums. You will need to go to the Enforcement website at enforcement.xbox.com to have any action taken. You also should have received an email
    at the address associated with the suspended account.

    Seems to be a focus the last few days on suspensions for refunds. The point is, the disclaimer when buying digitally is serious when it says "no refunds". Maybe someone on the account has received other refunds?
    Im the only one on the account, and receiving the refund was authorized. If i got suspended for that transaction they should've emailed me with the specifics. I didnt even fight the transaction, I asked if i could get refunded but it wasn't a problem if
    I didnt.

    You can cancel the subscription and get a refund by logging in through this website

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Select the three dots next to the name of the subscription you wish to cancel and then select “Manage”, in that section you will find the “Cancel subscription” button, select it and it should give you the option to cancel and get a refund.

    In case it does not let you do it and you get a message saying that it is not possible to cancel because the subscription is already paid, please note that there are certain policies that must be met before the system will process a refund. For example, subscription refunds are limited to one per account. You can find more information here.

    Hey there FlatColt2900601,

    As mentioned by xcor, these duplicate transactions are usually refunded automatically as they are recognized by the system.

    Alternatively you can submit a refund request just incase the refund is not automatically processed.

    I called Microsoft today after figuring out it was a lisencing issue. It turns out despite having a transaction code and a proof of purchase I will not be receiving a the lisence for Destiny the Collection or a refund. Feeling very cheated, not going to
