    How do I REALLY fix this


    So I bought my Xbox refurbished at game world, which was fine. About 2 yrs. down the road I started getting this message saying that there was a problem with my saved games... only thing I've been forced to do is go to my internal storage and clear everything out, and then factory reset everything(Even AFTER doing the weird offline flashdrive update). I've had it 4yrs and it's more frequent now than ever, and all I can do now is watch TV on it, besides that i can't play anything.

    I am sorry to hear that.

    This appears to be an issue with the storage unit (HDD).

    Reinstalling the system via a USB drive is the last resort in trying to fix this, you could try it again.

    Since it's a refurbished unit, I don't think you will be able to send it for repairs via the website.

    That is most likely due to Activision shutting down all media uploads due to all the mod infections that are on black ops 2

    Please check our

    Xbox Live Status.     Currently there is a known issue for Signing in; creating, managing, or recovering an account. On the site, please click Notify Me when signed into the account and it will ask for a 10 digit phone number. It will announce
    when the service is back up and running.
