How do I reach out to higher support staff?

I recently posted for help receiving a promotional item from a Mixer and my thread was locked telling me nothing can be done. Doing right by your customers when it comes at no cost is a no brainer yet I'm getting arguments that I didn't watch the livestream
or didn't qualify for some reason. There's TONS of threads reporting not getting their Ebon Flintlock pistol which seems that it's more likely an issue on the Microsoft end but my support thread gets locked with no option to reopen it?

How do I contact someone that will offer me assistance?

Achievement not unlocking...

Um I reached level 50 (as Gen 1) and didn't get the achievement maxed out what do I do I regened so do I have to reach level 50 on a higher Gen?

Unfortunately, the only thing we can do is to File a Complaint (Tampering>Cheating), Block
Communications with the Player, Mute the Player , and Submit a Player Review and Avoid the Player for each
player you feel is violating the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use. Once the complaint is filed all we can do
is let the enforcement team take charge as this is how the current system works. Hope this helps.
