How do I reach a live person at Microsoft, On the Phone?

I'm having problems with my account and my mother's account. I bought products that I want refunds for. That are not subscriptions. I have issues with multiple things with Microsoft and I could not make a phone call and get a live person. I make a phone call and the automated system tells me to go online. What I need help with the online will not help me with. So I need a live person. If you cannot do this. Then I want refunds on all my items. I will call my bank and cancel payment on items that I bought. This is Despicable customer service.

Even this system right here sucks. I have issues with multiple products. But it's making me pick only one. This is the problem with automated systems. It's just as bad as your phone call answering system. Y'all need to get a life and upgrade your ****!

Type your query and then select the 'Contact Support' tab above.

Also, note that contacting your bank to cancel payments will result in your Xbox account being banned for marketplace theft.

I do not have a computer and was doing everything thru my phone, i ditched trying to use the console long ago. I finally did reach a live person and it was nothing on my end, but Microsoft, they were having issues.

You can contact support here https://support.xbox.com/en-CA/contact-us If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.
