    How do I re-install teredo on my PC.


    I've been using the windows 10 xbox app to play the odd game with me and a friend but now I'm getting "teredo is unable to qualify" which is denying me from playing multiplayer. I have tried the legacy hardware method but I can't seem to find teredo anywhere
    not even in the network adaptors even though I select show hidden devices. I've also contacted Xbox support and Microsoft support and they all seem clueless. I would appreciate it if anybody knows of any methods to resolve this issue.

    Teredo problems win 10 pro

    Dear,

    my PC can't connect to Teredo. ive tried all i could get my hands on including a full windows re-install

    Here's what i found:

    - its not showing in the device manager even when i have hidden shown

    - i cant install it by the legacy software

    - no command prompt action have made it work

    - no regedit action have made it work

    - a full re-install did notting

    is there someone with any idea's left on this earth because im beat in on this one

    Teredo issues

    Hello John,

    Been doing a lot of research on this and found a
    thread that you could try     if you haven't tried. Think that's the problem is the teredo is not found at all on your PC and need to install but not working. I will continue searching if this doesn't help.

    It's definitely possible that the issue is related to the Teredo adapter. There are many sites online where you can find the drivers like

    I came across a thread that has the solution for re-installing the Teredo adapter that you may find helpful:

    Thank you for reaching out, I see you have already tried quite a bit of troubleshooting. If you haven't already, I want you to try uninstalling and re-installing the Xbox App on your PC. You might also wanna take a look at this

    older thread     with a similar Teredo issue that a few people found useful.

    Is this on PC or console? Most Teredo IP errors are down to the router, which blocks it. On a PC, this can be more complicated as some software that's installed can also block it.

    Have you tried re-booting (power cycling) the router? Do you use wireless or LAN connection?

    I have had this in the past and re-boot of the router usually fixes it. I must get that sorted and buy a new one!
