How do I re-enable v-sync for Minecraft?

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly:

Is this happening on Windows, right?
If yes, are you experiencing this problem with Java or Bedrock edition?
What are your hardware specs? (Processor, graphics card and RAM)

And, what did you tried so far to fix this problem

Hi, about your worlds. They're corrupted but still appears inside the game?

If yes, please delete them if it's not possible to access to them anymore.

Do you have the game installed on the internal storage? Or did you installed the game on a external drive?
If it's the second, please move it to the internal storage, disconnect external USB accessories and try again

I am playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Xbox Series X. I've tried restarting the game, restarting my Xbox, and reinstalling the game. Unfortunately, when I reinstalled the game, all of my worlds were currupted, and the game is pretty much broken. I can create new worlds and play on them just fine, but I've lost all of my old worlds. I decided to go into the game files using a 3rd party app, and I turned v-sync off by editing the text file, and that made the fps so much less choppy, and I can play the game now. But, I would still like to know how to enable v-sync within the game. Also, RIP to my Minecraft worlds.

I don't think Xbox comes with a disable/enable v-sync option, i think it's just on in general.

The only way I found to fix it was to go back onto the other xbox and load it from its internal storage then re sync on my xbox later.
