    How do I put my xbox clips and post them as shorts on Youtube?


    I'm trying to figure how to post some of my xbox clips (some are less than 15 sec, 30 sec and 45 sec) as shorts as youtube. When I download them from the xbox app and post them, they end as a regular video and not a Short

    Any suggestions

    You can use the app to download your Xbox videos to your device and then upload them to the platform and your choice

    Shorts is still in Beta, there's no way to upload Xbox clips as YouTube shorts for the moment. Here's how to create shorts https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/10059070?hl=en#zippy=%2Chow-do-i-record-a-short

    Why can't I transfer my Xbox clips? Would you guys want this feature?

    Don't know if this will help you, but this is what I have been doing-

    I have the XBOX app on my phone and from there I download the clips to my phone.

    I don't edit them, so I post them as is on Social Medias/Youtube.

    Plenty of people watch long game clips. Look at how popular some YouTube channels are that do long playthroughs of games. Of course it would be better if it could record longer clips, because that wouldn't stop the "30 seconds is all you need!" crowd from
    recording their short clips and it would also satisfy those who want to make longer recordings.
