How do I purchase Shadow Jago?

When I try to purchase the Shadow Jago DLC from the store it says I must purchase via a bundle. When I click on the bundle nothing is found. How do I purchase this character?

Also, I have purchased season 1 and season 2. It seems peculiar that he was not included with these. Is he supposed to be the first character in season 3?

So I deleted Killer Instinct and then decided to re-download it (please don't ask me why). Unfortunately, I have no idea how to re-download Shadow Jago. I entered the code again and just got an error stating that I've already used that code. So what are

I would just keep checking back thats what I had to do, the first day Shadow Jago was suppose to be offered to the ones that didnt do Day One or the Community Fund I couldnt get him either it kept giving me that same message it gave the both of you, that
you had to purchase the bundle, but I went on and got him....

Also are yall going to the games store on the Dashboard of youre Xbox Ones, or are you going to the store in the game, because I know when I got Shadow Jago I did it through the game and not the dash board, when the game starts you know you can hit the
Y button and it takes you to the info and goings on of Killer Instinct like what the new update did and all that, well thats were I purchased Shadow Jago from...

According to this Shadow Jago should be available for everyone and anyone who wants to purchase him from December 18th to January 18th.. This was the line that was put with Shadow Jago's trailer.

Microsoft and Iron Galaxy Studios has released Shadow Jago's official trailer. He will be readily available for those who purchase Day One Xbox Live Gold or the Community Fund Bundle on December 4th. Shadow
Jago can then be purchased by everyone else starting on December 18th and lasthing through January 18th.

 

ok having just been on the game also it looks like that cutoff date is wrong, it says in game that Shadow Jago is only available till January 15th.. not 18th

 

I've tried through the in game store, the xbox store, and on xbox.com. I've contacted support about this and they really weren't any help. They finally said that maybe it's being updated and to try again tomorrow. I wouldn't be this worried if it wasn't
a limited release.

 

Yeah I can understand that. I know it did the same thing to me you're talking about then when I went on there he was available so I didnt waste anytime... Maybe shoot Iron Galaxy an email, or just keep going back into the game over and over thats what
I did..

maybe to also besides emailing Iron Galaxy you can hit them up on their Twitter if you have that they normally respond on there pretty quickly..

I emailed Iron Galaxy and got this response. "The team is aware at Microsoft and looking into it. It will be available until 1/15 once the issue is fixed. "

 

well even if that is an automated response it at least shows they know about the issue...
