How do I properly Refund a game?

I went ahead and bought Alan Wake 2. Bought it full price. Turns out there was no demo to try the game first. It is now November 17, 14 days have past for waiting to do a refund.

I played for 3 hours to find out it is not my favourite thing to play. When trying to request a refund on the refund page, it has these options: Accidental Purchase, Billing Error, Purchased Content Doesn't Work, I Didn't Make The Purchase or Cancel A Preorder.

Which one do I choose?. Which is the correct one?. Any help would be nice to have.

2. Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time.

If you are trying to makeup a reason for refund then no that would.be abusing the refund policy

Refunds should be used properly not because you completed the game
